Salvesen made the short journey to saughton park yesterday in league action against tynecastle maroons
It didn’t take long for salvesen to take the lead after 6 minutes as Adam El Yamni scored from close range from a corner. A second goal came after 27 minutes as Lewis Hansborough scored a fine solo goal taking on a couple of players on the left and a confident finish. No more goals before half time but salvesen well in control.
The second half seen the lads play on the front foot and Ruben Steedman drilled a shot into the left hand corner to make it 3.0 after 48 minutes. A forth goal came 4 minutes later as Lewis Murray finished well after a well worked move. Yosif made it 5.0 after the hour with a strong run down the left cut inside a finished well. Tynecastle got a consolation on 65 minutes a fine solo goal. Yosif finished the scoring to make it 6.1 from a lovely through ball from Jay Nelson a good victory and hopefully the boys take confidence from the performance.
